Affectionately known as “Daddy”, Cleo Rapture is a multi-disciplinary writer, performer and event programmer. From hosting queer parties, to outrageous stand-up storytelling, to flaming high heels, and pole dancing live in the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade; her work generates and embodies queer pleasure and resistance.
Cleo is a firm fixture in the Gadigal (Sydney) nightlife scene, and regularly headlines at queer events, cabarets and festivals. She is the resident MC of Oxford Street’s Junipero party, and frequently features at Heaps Gay, Dykadellic, and at The Burdekin. By trade, she is a deity of erotic dance, fire artistry, autobiographical comedy, and is a proud queer woman above all.
Her solo hour 'Piss Be With You' has toured throughout the East Coast of NSW, and was awarded Best in Interactive & Immersive at Sydney Fringe 2025. An encore season was presented as part of the 2026 Mardi Gras+ program at Qtopia Sydney. A spreader of love and legs; Cleo is a force of nature around Australian stages, divinity, and beyond.
